“To participate in this awesome giveaway, here’s what you need to do:

Add your email in the raffle section below.”

What ‘raffle section’? I don’t see anywhere to enter.

      same doubt

Look at the bottom of the image with “#PiktoTurns5 Anniversary Giveaway”. Use either facebook or email.

      • Hey Geetanjali, thanks for joining in the celebration! There’s a giveaway widget below those instructions and if you can’t see it, you can access it directly here: http://www.rafflecopter.com/rafl/display/d3b581535/?widget_template=58f42c3e8ec0a5ed0b3cfea9 Hope that helps and all the best! – Wilson

Thanks for the info, it makes sense now.

If I may offer some feedback, I can see the ‘widget’ but just saw it as a graphic repeating what was on the previous image and I skipped over it; it didn’t register as a ‘section’. The widget / section doesn’t even include the term ‘raffle section’ so it’s not intuitive that this is what the instructions are referring to. Maybe just having the ‘log in to enter’ bit without the rest of the graphic would make it clearer and encourage greater participation.

Also, it says ‘Make sure you complete all these actions by the 23rd of April…’ but doesn’t explain what ‘all these actions’ means, it just says to add your email. It’s only when you sign in that you get presented with a whole list of things to do. The instructions state that to enter I need to add my email. After that I’m told that I can increase my chances of willin by completing a selection of actions. Presuming I don’t want to do any of these, has entering my email address counted as a single entry – there’s no confirmation either way. There’s also no explanation of what the short vertical lines to the left of each action mean (which I’ve only worked out by reading Karina’s message).

On the whole, it’s not very clear. I think it’s one of those things that makes sense when you know how it works, but makes no sense when you don’t. Just some thoughts from a service design / user experience perspective.

          Cheers, Michael.

        • Hey Michael, thanks for your valuable feedback and we’ve made some edits to clarify it. We appreciate your thoughts! – Wilson
