2013 is coming to an end. As we begin to close this amazing year and usher in the new year, we’ve decided that this year would not be complete without a list of top 10 best infographics of 2013. So, this is Piktochart top 10 of the most creative, interesting and just outright awesome infographics created in this year of snake. Some are funny, some more serious, but one thing’s for sure, all of them is equally inspiring examples of the infographic art. Let’s end this year with a bang, folks. Enjoy!

3. An Illustrated Guide To “Game Of Thrones”

“One of the best things about Game of Thrones is its sheer complexity. I guess you could say that’s one of the worst things about it, too, but I think you have to appreciate a show that respects its audience enough to let dozens of characters wander through nearly as many plot lines without constantly going back to remind us who’s who.” (via Mashable.com). If you are a fan of Game of Thrones as we are, you will definitely enjoy this guide. And even if you aren’t a fan it’s a nice example of simplified and visualized information. 4. 50 Awesome Facts about Languages

Languages, right –  nothing can impress us anymore. But you might be positively mistaken. 5. Supplement Vs Food

Leveraging on the hype surrounding Elon Musk, the new technology superstar hyped as the second coming of Steve Job, this infographic by Vcars compares Elon’s achievement to that of our favorite genius billionaire, Tony Starks.

Could you imagine how far is it to Mars? Sure, just by googling you can get the exact numbers, but do you envision how far it really is? Not really. To help you out, David Paliwoda and Jesse Williams’s motion infographic ‘Distance to Mars’ visualizes these massive distances in a way that every digital designer can understand – in pixels!

Have you been delayed or have just ended up with just-too-many hours between connections? You can make use of your time at the airport with these 50 tips and they aren’tn’t only shopping and surfing! We loved the rainforest in the Kuala Lumpur airport, practiced yoga in the San Francisco International Airport and were saddened by the sad story of Mehran Karimi Nasseri who was stuck in the Charles de Gaulle airport (you know that his story was used as a basis for the Tom Hanks movie The Terminal?).
