I’m a Director of Technology and Education working at Prudential Premier REALTORS in the Real Estate industry.
What do you do at work?
My job is to give agents the systems and tools they need to thrive in the real estate business. While I will never discount the value of face to face contact and old fashioned follow-up, in today’s market it’s imperative to be where the customer starts their home search: the internet. In addition, I assist agents in preparing professional presentations which help educate their clients, and establish their “brand” on websites, social media and on search engines. I look forward to assisting our real estate agents in explaining the current market to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
Essential items I cannot live without at work
The most essential element and our greatest asset is the wonderful people that I work with. Of course computers, tablets, and smartphones are essential for the fast communication required in real estate.

Through the local Multiple Listing Service (Roanoke Valley Multiple Listing Service,) Case Schiller, Gallup Polls, the National Association of REALTORS, Keeping Current Matters, Prudential’s PREA Center,” and the Roanoke Times newspaper.
Local newspaper began to pick up my infographics and republish them, while giving our company credit for producing them. The resulting publicity helps our Company without costing us advertising dollars.
