How can I upgrade/downgrade Pro?

You can do so by going to here to upgrade or cancel your recurring subscription at any time. No contract, no commitment.

How do I pay?

The automatic payments are currently done using Paypal. We accept major credit cards. For customers that do not want to pay using Paypal, please click through to this link.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, please sign up at here. The free version is similar to the Pro version with the difference of more images, customization, themes available in the Pro version (or refer to the table above).

How long does it take for the upgrade to take place?

For monthly payments, you will be accessing the Pro version immediately. For discounted versions, we will send a voucher code for redemption within 12 hours (in a working business day).

Do you offer refunds?

Money back guaranteed for any reason at all within 60 days of the transaction.

About the app

How can I export my infographic?

The output format is an image and that would enable you to upload it for sharing on websites, for print, to share it on Facebook, Twitter etc. You can also publish as HTML (on a magic.piktochart.com URL) or embed the HTML in your own website if you are a Pro user.

Is my data secure?

We take every precaution to encrypt the data on the servers which are securely protected. No one has access to the uploaded images, saved data files and infographics apart from you (and the admin, whenever you give permission for troubleshooting).
